Sabiha Ali brings over 35 years of global experience across Jeddah, Karachi, Montreal, Edmonton, and Mississauga. Her background includes advertising, marketing, entrepreneurship, restaurant ownership, and real estate leadership. This diverse experience shaped her people-first leadership style focused on communication, mentorship, and operational excellence. As Broker of Record, she has elevated Sutton Group Summit Realty Inc. into a high-support brokerage known for Realtor training, coaching, and business development systems. She is a proud mother of two accomplished adult children and values family, arts, music, philanthropy, and community involvement.

David Gorski, Broker Owner, is an entrepreneur, investor, and educator focused on discipline, mental strength, and growth. He has owned and operated Sutton Group Summit Realty Inc. for over 10 years while building ventures in real estate investing and education. He created the REI Real Estate Investor Course, helping investors build wealth through real estate knowledge and strategy. David is also co-founder and co-host of the “David and David on Real Estate” podcast with David Korman of Korman LLP, a long-time legal partner of the brokerage. With over 200 episodes, the podcast delivers insights on real estate law, investing, and market trends.

David is a devoted single father to his son Jacob, who is his greatest motivation. He has trained in boxing for over 10 years and in 2026 achieved a major milestone by winning the Victory Gala boxing fight, despite having no professional fighting background, reflecting discipline, resilience, and focus.
